Pressly Thomas & Conley offers direct, personal and professional legal services. You will work directly with your attorney and the attorney’s assistant.
Our work covers a variety of areas. Personal Injury, workers’ compensation and divorce cases are our primary areas of work. We are involved in other areas of the law as well.
Personal injury covers car and truck wrecks, injuries from falls and injuries caused by defective products. When you are injured by the negligence of someone else we can represent you with the insurance company and in court.
Workers’ compensation protects you if you have been injured at work or suffer from a disease caused by exposure to something at work. Wage replacement and medical care are benefits of a compensible claim. Insurance companies work hard to limit what they pay in benefits. We fight for you.
Personal injury and workers’ compensation also involve wrongful death. When a loved one has died as a result of the negligence of someone else or a work injury or disease, compensation can be sought by the survivors.
Divorce cases include the actual divorce after a one year separation. At any time though, the parties can seek child custody and support, alimony and division of property. We provide experienced professional services in all those areas.
Our attorneys have tremendous experience. Our firm has been in existence for over 30 years.
